How it Works
Once enrolled, we will invite you to our Hackathon to look at the individual needs, shared aspirations and challenges and desired outcomes and impact you need from this programme.
Between any coaching or modules you will have access to our virtual library and also be served regular expert-curated material, research, publications, webcasts and podcasts.
We strongly believe in the power of our community, so not only will you have access to the members and faculty (luminaries) in our ecosystem, but you will also be connected to their communities of interest to accelerate your ability to deliver effectively.

Specific individual needs can be delivered by one or more of our luminaries working on your agenda (which may be in a coaching or experiential, guided assignment).

Needs shared amongst two or more participants can start to form into learning groups or cohorts and helped by one or more Luminaries.

Common needs for all of the participants so we can deliver more formalised learning masterclasses, workshops and assignments and again, with one or more luminaries pertinent to the needs identified within the development group.

Sparks to ignite the flames of positive change
An early intervention is to bring participants together in the form of a virtual (or in-person) Hackathon.
What are the business challenges and agendas that need hacking to ensure the people, OD, HR, L&D, TA etc products, services and deliverables need to be matched to?
If our entry point is dynamic, sparky and clarifying, we are already meeting people with a high-energy start to this programme.
The invitation could then be that senior HR folks could run their own Hackathons within their teams and cross-functionally to get into ideation and activity planning for some of the complex challenges they face. What is the hack that could create traction on Strategic Workforce Planning or an Organisation Design programme over constant, convulsive and fear-inducing restructures?
As a programme, we would also gain vital positioning and contextual information about where people are starting from.
Luminaries would take it in turn to co-host these kick-off Hackathons.

There’s a follow on to the excitement and energy of a hackathon.
Reveal where they personally are at and tease out some of their own personal development aspirations.
And whilst we have their optimised attention, plot the rest of the programme with them.
Getting Traction
The programme itself
We know we have a range of areas covered by our Luminaries experience, expertise and connectedness to others.
Instead of an absolutely set agenda of options, we have some nicely defined “module propositions” Which can, and will, be tailored to meet the needs of participants. This level of customisation is not what Institutes or Business Schools would offer. And could work supremely well to our advantage. Whilst not easy, this level of tailoring makes this programme Saville Row over High Street consumables.
Luminaries and participants will then agree the programme as a mixture of the discovery, contextual relevance and tailored collaborative teaching required for the participant (subject to some parameters like up to 3 modules delivered etc).
The Journey
Throughout the programme, participants will set assignments and challenges commensurate with their learning and business need. Luminaries can be “drawn-down” into helping at key points through short coaching inputs.
Quarterly cohorted learning sessions will be set up for participants to share their experiences, discovery and help each other. Indeed some participants with similar challenges can form into pairs or small groups. And co-create and learn together.
Participants can self-determine some of this but as a programme, we’d expect quarterly show-and-tells, shares and Luminary facilitated checkpoints.
