The last 11 years have been spent working as part of the senior leadership team at Benefex where Gethin leads thought leadership as Chief Innovation Officer.

An award-winning workplace learning innovator, Fellow of the CIPD, the LPI and the RSA, Michelle heads up Kairos Modern Learning, a boutique learning consultancy which specialises in supporting organisations to embrace digital and social learning.

Frank Douglas
In September 2018 and 2019, Frank entered the HR Magazine Hall of Fame for his work at Caerus Executive in HR and culture/inclusion consulting. Frank is a Non-Executive Director of City and Guilds Group. In July, 2017 he was awarded an Honorary Doctorate for services to the HR profession and commitment to Diversity.
